'Pure indulgence and just simply perfect'

A cake should taste as good as it looks!I am known for using only the finest ingredients, if it's not local free range eggs and real Cornish butter, it's not found in my kitchen. The best ingredients make the most luxurious of cakes. Featuring rich curds, fresh coulis and silky frostings, all made in house to ensure your cake tastes as delicious as it looks.

All of my cakes are covered in a luxurious layer of white chocolate ganache before being covered in the finest professional grade sugarpaste or silky smooth buttercream.

Layers of moist white chocolate mud cake with zingy raspberry compote and white chocolate buttercream.

LEMON AND BLUEBERRY

Beautifully soft lemon and blueberry white chocolate mud cake, paired with alternating layers of zesty lemon curd and sweet blueberry coulis, finished with vanilla bean buttercream.
